Why Doesn’t He…? The Real Question is WHY DO YOU?

“Why doesn’t he…” seems to be the eternal question many women complain to their friends about when it comes to relationships and their guy.
Why doesn’t he call more often?
Why doesn’t he tell me how he feels about me?
Why doesn’t he do things with me?
Why doesn’t he invite me over to his place?
Why doesn’t he act the way he did when we first started seeing each other?

Why Doesn’t He… but Why Do You??

Instead of spending an eternity searching for answers you may never get, why not ask the question “Why do I?” instead!

Instead of asking yourself and everyone you know “Why doesn’t he commit to me?” shouldn’t you be looking internally and asking yourself “How long am I willing to remain in a relationship without a commitment?” The answer to that is more important!!!

The bottom line is if he hasn’t taken the step to commit to you, shouldn’t you be consciously aware of when you will no longer tolerate a relationship without a commitment? Your friends should be asking YOU why you are still in a relationship without a commitment in the first place.

Instead of “Why doesn’t he call me more often” ask yourself “Am I willing to stay in a relationship with someone that communicates with me this little?” “Am I willing to discuss this with him rather than all my friends?” Instead of asking “Why doesn’t he tell me how he feels” are you willing to accept that perhaps he doesn’t have strong enough feelings to discuss? Ask yourself if you are willing to stay in a relationship with a man that expresses so little emotionally. All the questions you ask about him turn them around and make them about you. Either you do something about it, or accept that these things may not change unless you have a conversation with him.

If you don’t find out the answers to your own questions about yourself, you will most likely attract the same type of men and the same type of relationships. So, instead of trying so hard to figure him out, take the bull by the horns and find out why you put up with what you do, why you allow yourself and your needs to be so low on someone else’s priority list, why you wait too long for changes that never occur, and WHY you are STILL in a relationship that SUCKS
